At ABA Therapeutics, we understand that every child is unique—and so are their needs. We are committed to providing high-quality, ethical Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that are personalized to help each child learn, grow, and succeed.
Our primary program goal is to support children during the critical early intervention years (ages 1–6) by providing a high rate of individualized, one-to-one ABA services. Research consistently shows that early, intensive ABA intervention is most effective when delivered during this key developmental period, leading to meaningful reductions in autism-related challenges and significant gains in communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Our program is designed to build strong foundational skills and promote independence, helping children prepare for a successful transition into school
Who We Are
environments where a reduced level of support is typically available. Early, individualized ABA gives children the tools they need to feel confident and capable in their future school environments.
As the children we serve grow older and reach school age, we recognize that effective autism treatment requires a collaborative, team-based approach. Our clinical team works closely with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Primary Care Physicians, and public education teams to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
Open communication and partnership with families are at the heart of everything we do, allowing us to achieve the best possible outcomes for each child. At ABA Therapeutics, you can trust that your child will receive compassionate, evidence-based care focused on helping them reach their fullest potential.

Our Story
ABA Therapeutics, founded in 2017, is a female-owned, clinician-run Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program specializing in early autism intervention in Woburn, MA. Unlike many programs run as businesses, ABA Therapeutics is led solely by experienced clinicians who put each child’s needs and well-being at the heart of every decision. Our model thrives by prioritizing meaningful progress and strong family relationships above all else.
Our program is built on the principles of person-centered planning. This means we design every child’s program around their unique strengths, interests, and goals—not following a one-size-fits-all approach or business priorities. No child’s development should be delayed due to a lack of resources or reluctance to adapt teaching methods. Person-centered planning ensures your child’s progress guides our team’s work every step of the way.
Our dedicated team of skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provides individualized, one-on-one teaching in a warm, nurturing environment. We also offer peer-based social opportunities to support natural learning and connection. By combining clinical expertise with a close-knit, welcoming atmosphere, ABA Therapeutics creates a supportive space where every child’s potential is recognized and celebrated.
We are committed to using evidence-based practices that foster meaningful growth and positive outcomes. Our focus is on enhancing the lives of children and their families through compassionate, personalized care. When you join ABA Therapeutics, you become part of a community that values collaboration, understanding, and trust.

Our Mission
At ABA Therapeutics, our mission is to foster the development, independence, and well-being of every child we serve through compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are dedicated to upholding the highest ethical and clinical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health Professionals. Our approach centers on meaningful progress, strong family partnerships, and a nurturing environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

03. Treatment
Your child will be assigned 1–3 RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) who will be trained directly to work with your child. The amount of RBTs assigned to your child depends on the frequency of the child’s sessions. RBTs are 1:1 with each child and trained to fade in & out during any peer group activities to best support each child’s needs and promote independence. During your child’s assessment, you will work with the clinical team to decide on a session start date and formulate a consistent session schedule.
