We are now hiring Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA Technicians
Our program is dedicated to helping build careers through PAID trainings ABA Therapeutics provides one-to-one ABA treatment for children under the age of 10 who are diagnosed with Autism. Two positions available based on previous training:
An individual who is willing to complete 40-hours of remote, virtual RBT certification training within 1st year of employment. ABA Therapeutics covers all training cost, including staff salary during training.

An individual who has completed the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) RBT credentialing process and remains in good standing with the BACB.

Provide clients with a structured, reinforcing environment while collecting data based on each child’s individualized behavioral programming. Write session notes and track progress through data graphing. Work with supporting staff and BCBAs to foster maladaptive behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
